Penza Sightseeing Tour with a dinner in national style ‘Welcome to Penza!’

During the guided tour you’ll enjoy the view of the Sura river embankment, the greenest city street – the Slava street, one of the city symbols – the monument ‘Rostok’ (a sprout), the central square named after V.I. Lenin where the Penza government administration is located. You’ll see the oldest Russian Drama theatre, orthodox churches and a Tatar mosque, you’ll learn the story of Penza underground passages sheltering mysteries of old city streets and their dwellers on the oldest city square – the Sovetskaya (former Sobornaya) square. You’ll admire undamaged houses of the archbishop and the governor, you’ll learn the tragic story of one of the most beautiful churches of Russia – the Cathedral of the Saviour where 4 Russian tsars said their prayers. We scheduled a tour to the modern part of the city where you’ll see the monument to the Victory and the Penza symbol ‘Globe’.

During the dinner in one of the Penza restaurants, we’ll tell you about traditional dishes of the Russian cuisine.
