‘Soldiers of the Czechoslovak Legion’ Monument

The cenotaph commemorating the names of the Czech and Slovak soldiers fallen during the times of revolutions in Russia is established near one of the railway stations in Penza in 2015. It was erected as part of the interstate agreement on burial and commemoration of fallen soldiers on other territories. The inscription runs ‘To Czechoslovak Legion soldiers fallen on route to their native land’.
